3. WHAT IS THE LEGAL AGE LIMIT?
The appropriate authorities in the state or country in which
you reside determine the minimum legal age limit. Generally,
the minimum is between 18 and 21 years of age.
4. HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER THE CONTEST?
Only one entry per person is allowed, although you are automatically
entered in each monthly draw, as well as the Grand Prize
Draw. Multiple entries will not be processed. Attempting
to submit multiple entries will not increase your propensity
to win.
5. IS THE CONTEST VALID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
The contest is open to anyone meeting the age requirements
with a valid email address. Residents of the Province of
Quebec in Canada are not eligible to participate.
6. CAN I ENTER A FRIEND'S EMAIL ADDRESS SO THEY TOO
CAN BE ELIGIBLE FOR TERRIFIC PRIZES?
Of course! To enter a friend, go to the thank-you page (which
you will see immediately upon your successful entry into
the sweepstakes). Then enter your friend's email address,
along with your own. You will both be entered into the monthly
drawing, as well as for the grand prize.
8. HOW ARE THE WINNERS CHOSEN?
All winners are chosen by means of a random function that
generates a random number associated with an e-mail address.
Winners will be notified by email. We reserve the right
to publish winners' names & likeness' on our site and in
our newsletter. Odds of winning each prize depend on the
total number of eligible entries received by the time of
the drawing. Winners of monthly or daily prizes will have
3 days from the date of attempted notification to respond;
if a winner fails to respond after 3 days, they forfeit
their claim, and another winner is chosen. The Grand Prize
winner will have 10 days to respond before another winner
is chosen.
9. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRIZE TO BE DELIVERED?
Delivery of prizes may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Winners
must provide identification documents in the form of a digitized
photograph. Arrangements for delivery will be made once
Prizeheadquarters.com receives these documents.
