2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The current Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on October 1st, 2001 and ends at 12:00 noon, EST on September 30, 2003.

3. WINNER SELECTION:
One grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on September 30, 2003 at 12:00 noon EST from all eligible online entries received. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Prizeheadquarters.com, whose decisions are final, at their head office. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail within seven (7) days following the drawing date.

4. GRAND PRIZE:
A payment of U. S. Ten Thousand Dollars will be made on or before November 30, 2003 to the Prizeheadquarters.com Grand Prize Winner.

5. ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Prizeheadquarters.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. Residents of the Province of Quebec are not eligible. The appropriate authorities in the state, province, or country in which you reside determine the minimum legal age limit (generally, the minimum is between 18 and 21 years of age).

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
No purchase necessary. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes and duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control Prizeheadquarters.com which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Prizeheadquarters.com reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event Prizeheadquarters.com further reserves the right to conduct a drawing to award the Grand Prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Prizeheadquarters.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

The name of the winner will be posted on the Prizeheadquarters.com Web site, and said winner will be notified by E-mail.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
This contest is subject to these complete official rules. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Rules, contestants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Ontario, Canada and that it shall be resolved in and by the courts of that province.
